Answer to yesterday's trivia question: there are conflicting answers as to the name of the horse in Jingle Bells. Some sites state that "Bob" or "bobtail" was the horse's name as in "bells on bobtails ring". Other sites state that the horse had "no name" and that bobtails was actually referring to the tail being bobbed to avoid being caught in the sleigh. Kaitlin's Cauze will accept either of these three answers as correct. Kaitlin's Cauze believes the name of the horse was NOT mentioned and that "bobtail" was a description of a bobbed tail. :)
If it's the Night Before Christmas how many feet does it take to pull Santa's sleigh? Email your answers to kaitlinscauze@comcast.net
oooh, i thought bobtail was his name!
ReplyDeletewhere did you even find the answer of bobtail? Another question,, how is there a name of a horse if it is not even in the song? Not a fair answer if it is not in the song. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think some of these questions should deal with Epilepsy.
The question has been around for a long time and is often used in Christmas trivia. Some of the questions we will be posting will require a little research (google) to find the answer and some will just require a little thought. Kaitlin's Cauze will be incorporating some epilepsy awareness along the way, but in an attempt to keep with the holiday spirit the trivia questions themselves will center around Christmas. The goal of Kaitlin's Cauze Christmas Trivia is just to have fun, in the spirit of Christmas, and maybe for just a little while, forget about seizures. Ways to earn extra points are posted on Kaitlin Taylor's facebook page. Lori, you have certainly just given us an idea to implement in the future. :)
